We look at how your emotional habits and adaptations formed around that problem, and how they have shaped the life you are living.

The session is a live, one-hour Zoom conversation with me. We work with your chart and with what you bring to our conversation. The written narrative will be created specifically for you after our meeting, meant to be read slowly and returned to over time.
