“Some shifts don’t announce themselves—they unfold in silence, asking only that we stay present enough to notice.”

March 31 to April 6: A Steady Unfolding

This week moves with a quiet rhythm, inviting steadiness, reflection, and thoughtful change. The early days are shaped mostly by the Moon’s passage. It begins in Taurus, where it stays until late Tuesday afternoon. From there, it moves into Gemini until Thursday evening, and then into Cancer for the weekend. We move from grounded presence to mental flexibility, then into emotional depth and nourishment. These are not dramatic days, but they are meaningful ones. Small gestures and simple realities carry weight.

By Friday, the pace picks up. Two helpful sextiles—Saturn to Uranus and Mars to Uranus—offer a rare opportunity to reshape our efforts with both discipline and boldness. This is not about sudden upheaval, but about taking a thoughtful risk, especially where old patterns have grown too rigid. The last quarter Moon that evening reminds us that letting go is part of the growth cycle.

Sunday brings lightness and clarity as the Moon enters expressive Leo and the Sun forms a generous alignment with Jupiter. The week ends with a sense of quiet encouragement. Keep going with a pace that honors your integrity.

STEADY GROUND – Monday, March 31, 2025

The Moon moves through Taurus today, and without any major planetary interactions, we are offered a rare moment of simplicity. Taurus encourages us to slow down, engage our senses, and ground ourselves in the tangible world. There is quiet strength in repetition, in tending to the small, sustaining rituals that remind us we are part of something steady and enduring. On days like this, it’s not about progress or transformation, but about presence. Let your body lead. Trust the wisdom of quiet.

We are also in the Disseminating Moon phase, a time that invites reflection and sharing. The insights or realizations that emerged around last week’s Full Moon are now ready to be integrated into daily life. There is no need to rush this process. It may be as simple as a conversation or quietly expressing something that you have learned. What matters is that you’re allowing your experience to impact others in a gentle and meaningful way.

  • What helps me feel safe in stillness?
  • In what ways can I honor my physical body today?
  • How can I express what I’ve recently come to understand?

SHIFTING CURRENTS – Tuesday, April 1, 2025

The day begins with the Moon still in Taurus, lending a familiar rhythm to our morning. There is comfort in staying close to what we know, while keeping things simple and realistic. The body sets the tone: slow, steady, and attuned to the moment. This is a good time to tend to what is practical or nourishing, especially anything that allows for calm focus and quiet presence.

At 4:26 pm EDT, the Moon moves into Gemini, and the energy lightens. Where we felt slow or deliberate earlier in the day, we may begin to feel more curious and open to activity and change. Our attention lifts from the ground and moves toward ideas, conversation, and the exchange of information. The need to speak, listen, or explore something new may arise without warning. A small interaction or passing thought might spark a fresh perspective.

Let the transition be smooth. There is no need to abandon the grounded presence of the morning. Just allow some flexibility and follow the direction your mind naturally wants to explore. There is no rush to understand or decide anything. Oftentimes, interest and curiosity are enough to move us forward.

  • What helps me stay grounded even as the world feels unsteady?
  • Where can curiosity lead me this evening?
  • What kind of conversations pique my curiosity and interest this evening

OPEN EXCHANGE – Wednesday, April 2, 2025

The Moon continues its passage through Gemini today, keeping the energy light, quick, and inquisitive. This is a day shaped by interaction, mental movement, and the importance of staying curious. There may be a natural desire to connect, to share ideas, or to gather bits of information that help make sense of something you have been sitting with. Gemini does not ask for certainty, only that you stay engaged.

This kind of energy is best supported by flexibility and presence. Plans may shift. Conversations may move quickly. Try not to become attached to one direction or outcome. Let your attention move in a way that feels natural, and give yourself permission not to have the answers. Sometimes understanding comes from the process of asking the right questions.

If you notice the mind becoming scattered, bring it back to one thing at a time. Choose conversations that feel exciting, not draining. Choose input that helps you feel alert and awake, not overwhelmed.

  • What am I learning through dialogue and exchange today?
  • What kind of mental stimulation supports me right now?
  • What am I learning by simply paying attention?

TURNING INWARD – Thursday, April 3, 2025

The day begins with the Moon still in Gemini, keeping the tempo quick and the mind alert. Thoughts may be moving faster than usual, and conversations feel charged, even if they seem casual on the surface. There is value in the exchange, even if it does not lead to a clear conclusion. Sometimes the act of sharing or listening is enough. Stay open to what comes your way, especially if it challenges your more ordinary thinking.

At 6:49 PM EDT, the Moon enters Cancer and brings a noticeable shift in tone and mood. The mental buzz of the day settles down. What felt energizing early in the day begins to feel overstimulating. The attention focused outward turns inward, and the desire for comfort and safety arises. This is not a withdrawal but a softening. It is time to come home to yourself, to tend to your emotions with the same care you gave your mind earlier in the day.

Allow yourself to change pace. Let the evening be a time of restoration rather than response. Light a candle. You do not need to explain your feelings tonight. You only need to feel them.

  • What helped me stay open in today’s conversations?
  • How does my body tell me when it is time to slow down?
  • What small act of care would feel most meaningful this evening?

CONSTRUCTIVE SHIFT – Friday, April 4, 2025

Today brings a rare and helpful alignment between Saturn and Uranus, reminding us that stability and change are not opposites. They can work together. When these two planets form a sextile, there is a window to reshape something foundational with both structure and innovation in mind. This is not a lightning bolt of chaos but a thoughtful, measured shift. If there has been something in your life calling for a new approach, today may offer the tools and inner permission to begin making that adjustment slowly and decisively.

Later in the day, Mars also forms a sextile with Uranus, adding a sharper sense of initiative. Unlike the steady pacing of the Saturn-Uranus connection, this energy moves more quickly. It is intuitive, energized, and ready to act. Together, these aspects suggest a day when planning and spontaneity can work in tandem. You may find yourself drawn to an unexpected solution or finally ready to make a move that once felt too uncertain. Trust the impulse, especially if it comes with a sense of clarity and alignment.

Late tonight, the Moon reaches its last quarter phase. This is the part of the lunar cycle where we begin to understand what must be released in order to bring closure to what began at the last new moon. It is a time for discernment and quiet courage. Let go of what has outlived its usefulness, not in frustration but with trust that something simpler and lighter wants to take its place. The Moon in Cancer may heighten emotional responses. Let them rise, but give them space to pass through.

  • Where am I being asked to update an old structure in my life?
  • What bold action feels surprisingly aligned today?
  • What am I ready to release to move forward with more clarity?

PROTECTIVE WATERS – Saturday, April 5, 2025

The Moon continues her passage through Cancer today, drawing our attention inward. Emotions may rise more easily, not to overwhelm us, but to guide us. This is a day for care that has intention behind it. Cancer is a cardinal sign, and while it is sensitive, it is never weak. It knows how to protect what matters. You may feel pulled toward familiar places, comforting people, or rituals that remind you of your roots. Follow that instinct. Ground yourself in what nourishes you.

Let the day be shaped by softness, but not by passivity. There is strength in stepping back when the world feels noisy, and wisdom in choosing restoration over reaction. Give yourself space to notice what needs tending, both in yourself and in the people you love. What you hold today, hold with care and conviction.

  • What am I protecting, and why does it matter to me?
  • How does care show up as strength in my life?
  • Where can I soften without losing the powerful strength at my core?
